Presumably Blackberry Messenger (BBM) very soon to Android.
BlackberryOS.com The site already has a beta version in hands and put a video of it online. There have long been rumors about a version of BBM for Android.
The app runs on an HTC First and used buttons at the bottom to switch between contacts, chats and groups. A sidebar on the right provides access to settings.
It is also possible to exchange by holding two phones together as both an NFC chip feature.

Furthermore there are many features in the app that are known from other IM apps. Thus it is possible to send photos and there is a series of emoticons available. Locations parts is not possible.
