Blackberry Messenger for iPhone is waiting for permission - XGN Entertainment

Phone Manufacturer Blackberry waiting two weeks on the Apple approval for new chat app for iOS Blackberry.

a tweet from account manager Alex Kinsella Blackberry can be read that the phone manufacturer has already submitted the chat app and wait for permission from Apple.

The Canadian phone manufacturer announced last week that it was working on launching a chat app for iOS and Android.

The app resembles other known chat apps. So you can record an audio message, send pictures and has a series of emoticons. It seems that Blackberry wants to compete with the popular Whatsapp. Both apps let you communicate free between various platforms.

Last week there appeared even a video (see below) that shows how the Messenger app works.

On the video you can see how the app on an HTC First works. Besides chatting via the app, it is also possible to exchange by holding equipped with an NFC chip.

Blackberry Messenger is available in the App Store and Google Play, is not yet known.
