BlackBerry is yet again mainly make smartphones with a physical keyboard in the future. That leaves the new BlackBerry CEO, John Chen, Wednesdays know.

his great effort to make the mobile phone maker slipped for a turnaround Chen chooses anyway again mainly for physical keyboards instead of the more market-based touchscreen.

BlackBerry device from its debut in the mobile phone market known for its physical keypads. The “Typo Keyboard” is part of the roots of the Canadian company. But when the current market leaders Apple and Samsung later, chose touchscreens, BlackBerry remained. After years came back on that choice, when BlackBerry 10 smartphones have got another touch.

But that has not become a success. BlackBerry therefore opts for new smartphones largely re physical keypads. In an interview with Bloomberg CEO Chen indicates that he personally fond of keyboards. Which now old-fashioned way smartphones operate therefore comes back to the majority of the new BlackBerrys.
