BlackBerry Messenger is the only source of good news for the Canadian company. For this reason, expanding their BlackBerry WhatsApp version and launches BlackBerry Messenger Channels in the beta phase. BBM Channels is a social network that integrates fully with the chat application.

The update for BBM is similar to a Twitter variant that you can set. on personal preferences Users create channels and share them with other users or the public. Updates include maximum 400 characters and you register through the network for certain channels. In a public channel it is possible to switch from participants who are not friends.

Currently BBM Channels only available for BlackBerry users, but the app is also expected for iOS and Android. Recently presented the hugely successful BlackBerry BBM for Android and iOS. This launch the company delivered record numbers in the first few hours.

BBM Channels does not seem to add much to the other existing social networks. It is therefore expected that the application initially starts only in countries where BBM is well integrated, such as India. If the network does catch on, then BBM Channels would be a way to blow it up. Troubled company new life
